An impressive defense of freedom of speech, and one that should make all Canadians proud.
But, as we said here, we are still left to wonder why the Canadian government continues to tolerate the presence of its own homegrown and well-fed censors?
Oh, and here we go again, this time at a University!
Maybe this screening in Toronto will go off without a hitch!
Or, maybe the Canadian government needs to send a clear message to our unofficial hate speech police by decommissioning the official hate speech police at the CHRC.
Let’s prove that Canadians really do believe in freedom of speech by refusing to tolerate any longer the notion that words and thoughts should be criminalized.
